1. I really, really love meeting and working with the best people:  real estate owners.  Houses, condos, farms, office buildings, timberland, you name it.
2. I love the product.  It’s concrete, tangible.  You can:

– Recreate and Vacation in and/or on it
– Grow things on it (crops, timber, etc.)
